Cantan reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be notified via the app or website.

Cantan Delivery Partner - Terms & Conditions

1. Joining & Documentation

  • Minimum age: 18 years (Valid Driving License required).
  • Mandatory documents: Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Bank Account details.
  • Security deposit (if applicable for uniform/bag): ₹500-₹1000 (Refundable after 3 months).

2. Payment & Incentives

  • Per Delivery Payment: ₹35-₹50 per order.
  • Night Shift Extra Bonus: ₹10 per delivery.
  • 100 Deliveries Completion Bonus: ₹500.
  • Referral Bonus: ₹500 for bringing a new delivery partner.
  • 5-Star Rating Monthly Bonus: ₹200.

3. Work Timing & Delivery Rules

  • Full-Time: 8-10 hours per day.
  • Part-Time: Minimum 4 hours.
  • Late Delivery Penalty: ₹10-₹20 (if delay is due to driver’s fault).
  • 3 consecutive late deliveries will result in a warning.

4. Dress Code & Branding

  • Wearing Cantan T-Shirt/Bag (if provided) is mandatory.
  • Professional behavior during deliveries is expected.
  • Fake orders or self-ordering for incentives is strictly prohibited.

5. Security & Police Verification

  • Police verification is mandatory for night shift drivers.
  • Report any suspicious activity immediately.
  • Do not handle cash transactions (except for COD).

6. Termination Policy

  • 3 consecutive no-shows will result in account suspension.
  • Misbehavior with customers or fraud will lead to immediate termination.
  • Fake orders, wrong deliveries, or misuse of Cantan branding will result in a ₹5000 fine.

Cantan Restaurant Partner - Terms & Conditions

1. Registration & Documentation

  • Valid FSSAI License and GST Registration (if applicable).
  • Bank account details for payments.
  • Menu details with updated pricing.
  • Contact person’s ID proof (Aadhar/PAN).

2. Commission & Payment Structure

  • Cantan charges a commission of 10-15% per order.
  • Payments will be settled weekly/monthly as per the agreement.
  • GST and other applicable taxes will be deducted as per regulations.

3. Order Fulfillment & Quality Standards

  • All orders must be prepared and packed hygienically.
  • Orders should be ready within the estimated preparation time.
  • Usage of expired or substandard ingredients is strictly prohibited.
  • Regular quality checks will be conducted by Cantan.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Restaurants will not cancel confirmed orders without a valid reason.
  • In case of customer complaints regarding food quality, Cantan holds the right to issue refunds.
  • Repeated complaints may lead to delisting from the platform.

5. Branding & Promotions

  • Restaurants agree to allow Cantan to use their name, menu, and images for promotional purposes.
  • Any discount or promotional offer must be mutually agreed upon.

6. Termination Policy

  • Failure to maintain hygiene and food quality may result in termination.
  • Non-compliance with Cantan policies can lead to suspension.
  • Restaurants must provide a 30-day notice period for voluntary delisting.
